Some days

This morning started well enough but somehow it went to shit.

At this very moment I'm stressed and I really don't know why.  Every little thing is setting me off and without going into too much detail I can just say I'm about to lose it.

Anyone have any good stress busters?

  1. A nap (sleep in general) always does wonders... or a movie night or a bath or something really yummy to eat.

  2. Maybe some deep breathing exercises. I know it sounds stupid, but it can actually help.

    Oh, and maybe punching someone. Or something.

  3. i can relate. when i'm in a mood like that i usually isolate myself and do either some organizing or something creative, like work on my photos. it always helps me to be by myself for a few moments.

  4. Simple yoga stretches, pounding the treadmill. The treadmill was always my friend when I was over-stressed.

  5. i usually like to lie down in my bed and rest my eyes for a while...it always makes me feel better.

  6. Do a girls' night, order some pizza or sushi and you can see yourself smiling already! :D

  7. And me!! A good walk outside always helps me; and favourite (happy) films (or kickass films). Hope it gets better soon xx
