The beast rarely sleeps

The Beast aka Belle isn't much of a sleeper, within seconds of taking these shots she was up and running through the house.  She is the neediest dog I have ever met.  She has to have your attention every moment and makes sure you know she's there.

Early this morning I decided I was going to tackle my craft room and clean it up a bit.  I have embroidery floss everywhere since I've been working on some cross stitch.

I wish they sold it already on those plastic thingies so I could just put them in the box.  Talk about lazy, I hate winding them.

I am working on the star wars enemies collection from weelittlestitches.  I really wish they would make a LOTR one.  My fingers are crossed and I am waiting patiently.  Until then I still have the allies to start on.

Weekend Plans

I don't know about anyone else but I am going to be cleaning this weekend.  I'm not looking forward to it either but we have company coming over next week and it has to be done.  Multiple pile of "stuff" has collected on the flat surfaces.  Do you see the dining table in the background?  Do you see all the crap on top of it?  There are even larger piles of crap on the pool table.

The hardest part of cleaning is caused by this sweetness here.

This little lady sheds like a beast.  Her fluffy under coat departs her body all year round and sticks to ever square inch of my house.  Tumbleweeds of fur roll across the hardwood floors on a regular basis.  It falls into the creases in the couches and fuses itself to the rugs we have in the house.

Look at that sweet face, she kills me.  Love her to pieces dog hair covering my clothes and all.
