Granny

Sometimes I feel like an old lady.  I've been working on this blanket for months now and I am about 1/3 of the way done.  I didn't realize it was going to use so much yarn and take so long either but I think that is what makes it a little more special.  I can't wait until it is done and I can give it to the recipient, I know it will be loved and treasured.

  1. Ooh, it looks so cosy and the colours go brilliantly together! You can definitely tell you've put a lot of effort into it so far. I'm sure whoever you're giving it to will love it, I know I would.

It's nice to see you back in the blogosphere, by the way. :)

  5. It looks gorgeous! I love the color scheme - I wish I had the patience and talent to create a blanket, but I cannot even sew on a button...

  6. Pretty colors! I'm thinking of starting one as my "something to do, when I have nothing to do" project.
