Sometimes I feel like an old lady. I've been working on this blanket for months now and I am about 1/3 of the way done. I didn't realize it was going to use so much yarn and take so long either but I think that is what makes it a little more special. I can't wait until it is done and I can give it to the recipient, I know it will be loved and treasured.

Ooh, it looks so cosy and the colours go brilliantly together! You can definitely tell you've put a lot of effort into it so far. I'm sure whoever you're giving it to will love it, I know I would.
