Thank you Friday for finally coming to an end. This week has been brutal and the weekend can't come soon enough. I would like to keep it as simple as possible with plenty of opportunities for naps.
Teriyaki chicken and rice. It is the easiest meal to make and our families' back up plan when we want something quick or nobody wants to use extra brain power to pick what they want for dinner. None of that nasty bottled sauce either. I make my own special blend of soysauce, garlic, green onions, agave nectar. Short grain rice is also a must... yes, I am a rice snob.
